Order before you get there.
At a busy counter the wait is rarely the cooking — it is everyone ordering and paying one at a time. At shops that offer pickup, do both in the app before you get there.

How do I pay?
Pay online when the shop offers it, or choose cash on delivery. Every shop shows its payment options before you order.
Is cash on delivery available on everything?
On most orders, yes — if the shop offers it. Prepared food is the exception: those are paid online, so we can collect the GST.
What does an order cost me?
The shop’s price, with no markup, plus a small platform fee. Pay online and a small payment handling fee is added — both shown before you pay.
Are taxes extra?
No — tax is already inside the shop’s price. Only the platform fee and, online, the payment handling fee are added, each with its tax, shown before you pay.
Can I cancel an order?
Not from the app yet — contact the shop or our support team. If the shop cancels, you get everything back, including both fees.
Can I track my order?
Yes — the app shows your order’s status at every step, updated as the shop confirms, packs and delivers.
Is the app free?
Free to download and browse — no subscription, no signup charge.
