You deliver or they collect — we handle orders, payments and storefront.
Selling on WhatsApp and Instagram?
One app, not a dozen chats and calls per order.
Every order today means juggling chats, calls, forms and chasing payments. YENTTO brings it into one app — each sale arrives as one clean, paid order, ready to fulfil.
Today, every sale is scattered across chats and calls.
With YENTTO, it’s one clean order.
What that means for you
Not online yet?
Get online today. More visibility, more orders.
No website or app to build — set your delivery reach, and your shop is listed for every customer you can deliver to.
Whichever shop you run —
- Run a supermarket or grocery shop? Customers closest to you see you first when they open the app.
- Run a restaurant or kitchen? Take orders in the app and deliver on your own hours.
- Corner Mart 30 mins
- Your shop Now visible
- Green Basket today
Set your reach — every customer inside it sees your shop.
- No website or app, not online yet? Be in the app in minutes — nothing to build.
- Ready to reach further? Widen your delivery zone; appear for more customers.
Whatever you sell, wherever you deliver — one shop, no website or app to build.
Counter always busy?
Let them order ahead. Keep your counter moving.
At peak hour the wait is not the cooking — it is everyone ordering and paying one at a time. Put your shop code on the counter: customers scan, order and pay in the app, wait where they like, and reach you in the order they arrived.
- Reach the counter, say the items
- Wait while the total is worked out
- Pay, then wait again while it is packed
- Step out for a minute — lose your place
- …and everyone behind them, waiting their turn
Every order costs counter time — so the line moves only as fast as one person can be served.

Paid in app
Ready for Pickup one tap when it is packedPack it, tap once, hand it over against the pickup code — the rest wait their turn in the app, not at your counter.
- Scan the code at your shop Opens your shop — or the app store, if they do not have it yet.
- Order and pay ahead Items chosen and paid for before they reach the counter.
- Collect when it is ready Mark it ready. They hand over the pickup code and go.
Same kitchen, same hours — more people served without adding a counter or a hand. Customers still collect in person; they just do not have to stand in line to keep their place.

Getting started
Start selling in three steps
-
Create your shop
Sign up and set up in minutes — no website or app to build.
-
Add products, set your zone
List what you sell and choose how far you deliver.
-
Start taking orders
Fulfil your way and keep what you earn — no commission.
What you’ll need
Four ways to open a shop. All of them free.
We work it out from the registration numbers you enter. Every shop needs a verified PAN and a bank account we can pay into.
Registered for GST
PAN + GSTIN
You invoice in your own name, and you sell beyond your own state.
On the composition scheme
PAN + GSTIN
You sell within your own state, and buyers get a bill of supply.
Holding a GST enrolment ID
PAN + enrolment ID
No registration needed to start — you sell within your own state.
Selling prepared food only
PAN + FSSAI licence no.
Open on PAN alone — we issue the invoice as the tax supplier.
Food, groceries or food preserves need an FSSAI licence number too.
On an enrolment ID, crossing the turnover ceiling suspends your shop until you give us a GSTIN.
Your shop link
One link. Your customers. Real orders.
Every shop gets one link. Share it online, or print it as a QR poster for your counter; a tap or scan opens your shop and the order lands with you.
No app yet? The link installs YENTTO, then opens your shop — already matched to their address.
Your reach
From your street to across the country.
You set your own delivery area — every customer inside it can find and order from you, and the wider you deliver, the more customers you reach.
Your delivery area — pick one or combine
- A radius Streets around your shop
- Districts One or more
- States One or more
- Countries One or more
Then set the rules for each area
- Radius limit 5 km, 10 km…
- Delivery fee Your rate
- Free delivery Over an amount you set
- Packaging fee If you charge one
- Delivery or pickup Or both
Trust & safety

- Fair, not harsh Honest slips are fine — only repeat or deliberate breaches are acted on.

FAQ
Your questions, answered
Is it really free?
Yes. No commission, nothing to open or run your shop. At payout, the cost of sending you the money and any tax the law requires come off.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. No commission, no markup — what you set is what the customer sees. The payment handling fee sits on their side of the bill, not yours.
Who handles delivery?
You do — your shop, your zone, your terms. We don’t run couriers; we just make sure customers only see you when you can reach them.
When do I get paid?
After two things: the order is delivered, and the customer’s payment reaches us — counted from the day they paid. Your payout starts the next working day. Cash you keep.
What is deducted from my payout?
No commission, and nothing for collecting the payment. What comes off: tax where the law requires it, food GST, the cost of sending you the money, and cash platform fees.
How will customers find me?
Three ways: they search your shop name, they see you when your zone reaches them, or they open your shop link.
What can I sell?
Grocery, food, fashion, everyday essentials and handmade.
What do I need to open my shop?
Just numbers — nothing to upload. Your PAN always, plus your GSTIN if you’re registered, a GST enrolment ID if not, or your FSSAI number if you only sell food.
Do I need GST registration to sell?
No. A GST enrolment ID works, or just your PAN if you only sell prepared food. Registering lets you sell beyond your own state.
Do I have to work out GST rates and HSN codes?
No. You pick a plain-word product type — often not even that — and we work out the rest. Invoices come out with the right breakdown.
Who issues the invoice to the customer?
For goods, you do — in your shop’s name. For prepared food, we do, because the law makes the platform the tax supplier. Either way, one invoice.
Do I need a website or an app?
No — open your shop in minutes, with nothing to build. You get a real storefront inside YENTTO, and one shareable shop link.
Can I turn off online payments?
Yes — cash only. The platform fee on those orders comes out of a later payout. Prepared food is the exception: it’s always paid online, so we can collect the GST.
Do my customers pay anything extra?
A small platform fee on every order, and a payment handling fee if they pay online — both shown before they pay. Neither is a markup on your prices.
What happens when an order is cancelled?
The customer gets everything back, including both fees, and those two fees are recovered from your payouts. Nothing else comes off.
What if I can’t deliver an order?
Cancel it in the Seller app as soon as you know — the customer is refunded, and both fees come off a later payout. Undelivered at 15 days, it cancels automatically.
Can I share a single product?
Yes — every product gets its own link (yentto.com/s/yourshop/…) alongside your shop link, so you can point customers straight to one item.
How do walk-in customers order?
Print the QR poster your Seller app generates and put it on your counter — customers scan it to open your shop and order.
How far can I deliver?
From a radius around your shop to districts and states — pick one or combine, and set your own fees for each. Your tax registration sets the ceiling.
