Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective: 10 August 2026 · Last updated: 27 August 2026

YENTTO is a marketplace, not a courier. Every order on YENTTO is delivered by the shop you ordered from — or collected by you in store. This policy explains how delivery timing, fees and areas are set, and who is responsible for what.

This page describes YENTTO as set out in our product documentation. It is written to be accurate and kept-able — we do not make claims we cannot honour. For anything not covered here, contact support@yentto.com.

1.Who delivers your order

YENTTO operates no courier fleet and employs no delivery riders. Each shop fulfils its own orders, either itself or through someone it arranges. Where a shop offers in-store pickup, you can choose to collect the order instead.

2.Delivery areas

Every shop sets the area it serves — its delivery zone. You only ever see shops that can actually reach the address you are ordering to, so a shop that cannot deliver to you does not appear in the first place.

All shops currently deliver within their own state.

3.Delivery charges and timing

Each shop sets its own delivery fee, packaging fee, free-delivery threshold (if it offers one) and delivery-time promise. YENTTO does not set them and does not add anything to them. They are shown to you before you order, and the delivery promise on screen is the one the shop is held to. See Fees for how these sit alongside YENTTO’s own charges.

4.Confirming delivery — your OTP

Only share your delivery OTP once you have the order in your hands. An order is marked delivered when you give that code to the person delivering it — and that is what releases the shop’s payment.

The OTP is how delivery is confirmed on YENTTO. Until it is given, the order is not delivered, the shop has not been paid for it, and a refund on it does not depend on the shop sending money back.

5.Tracking your order

Your order status is shown in the app from the moment you place it — accepted by the shop, being prepared or packed, out for delivery, delivered. You are notified as it changes, and the shop’s contact details are available to you throughout.

6.If your order doesn’t arrive

Report it through the app’s help option. An order that cannot be delivered is cancelled and refunded as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Any order still undelivered 15 days after your payment is cancelled automatically and refunded to you in full, including the platform fee and the payment handling fee. You don’t have to chase it.
