Help for shoppers and shopkeepers using the YENTTO apps. Email us, call us, or jump straight to the page that answers your question.
1.How to get help
Email support@yentto.com — that is the fastest route for any question about an order, a shop, your account, or selling on YENTTO. You can also call +91 94981 93712.
We read every message and reply as quickly as we can — usually within a working day or two. Include your registered mobile number and, where it applies, your order number, so we can find your order without asking you twice.

3.For customers
Your order
Your orders and their status are in the Customer app. Each order shows the shop fulfilling it, so you can raise anything specific with that shop through the app’s help option.
Cancellations and refunds
When an order can be cancelled, what comes back to you, and how long a refund takes are all set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. If something you received is damaged, incorrect or incomplete, tell us through the app’s help option — or email us — within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo where relevant.
Delivery
Every shop sets the area it serves — its delivery zone. You only ever see shops that can actually reach the address you are ordering to. Delivery fees, timing and the delivery OTP are covered in Shipping & Delivery.
Reporting a shop or listing
Use the report option on the listing, shop or review in the app — see reporting a problem with content for what happens next.
4.For sellers
Opening a shop
Download the Seller app and register by number — nothing to upload. Your PAN always, plus your GSTIN if you’re registered, a GST enrolment ID if not, or your FSSAI number if you only sell food. What you need and how the steps run is on the seller page.
Verification and listings
YENTTO verifies your numbers and your shop goes live only after approval. Listings must meet our Content & Conduct rules; anything that breaks them can be removed.
Fees and payouts
Free to sell, with no commission on your sales. What is charged and how payouts to your bank account work are set out on Fees and in the Seller Agreement.
Something wrong with a payout or an order
Email support@yentto.com with your shop name and the order number. Seller questions come to the same mailbox as everything else.
5.Report a problem with content
If you see a listing, shop or review that breaks our rules, report it: use the report option on it in the app, or contact us at support@yentto.com. Reports reach our moderation team, who can remove the content and act against the seller.
We aim to review reports promptly and act within 24 hours on serious or objectionable content by removing it and, where warranted, removing the seller. The full standard is in our Content & Conduct Policy.
6.Grievance redressal
If you have a complaint, contact us at grievance@yentto.com or through the in-app help option, and you will receive a ticket reference. In line with Indian law, our Grievance Officer acknowledges every complaint within 48 hours and works to resolve it within one month of receipt.
